Model: L19-M (or L22-M, or L25-M)   ‘MAGNUM’

Released in September 2026, featuring our own Magna-Brake™ suppressor-muzzlebrake design. Ideally suited for

rifles chambered in popular deer hunting cartridges like .270win, .308win, .30-06Spr, and the WSM and standard

magnum cartridges like 7mm Rem Mag, 6.5PRC, 7PRC, and .300 Win mag – with barrel length of 21” or longer.  

The Magnum model is basically our ‘Hunter’ model with the addition of a low-pressure muzzle brake at the front

end, designed to further reduce the recoil and muzzle rise to give an even better sight picture after the shot. In our

preliminary testing the addition of the Magna-brake™ further reduced the muzzle rise by approximately 50%, and

reduced the recoil by a further 30% compared with the standard Hunter model suppressor, when fired with the

same ammo on the same host rifle on the same day.

The ‘Magnum’ model (11.8”/300mm overall length) is a strong and durable unit which gives an excellent level of

sound suppression for its’ relatively small size and light weight. The addition of stainless steel in the critical areas

adds only a mere 35-70grams compared with some feather-weight aluminium-only suppressors of similar size, but

provides more strength and durability from the unit. You just can’t beat stainless steel in the critical ‘hot zone’ areas

of the suppressor, as it will not burn or rot-out as some aluminium-core centrefire suppressors will inevitably do.

The ‘Magnum’ is our newest model of centerfire suppressor for rifles, and the new Magna-brake™ suppressor-

muzzlebrake is a copyright/registered design (NZ437449).

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

 Approximately 11.8” (300mm) long, Ø 1 ¾ “ (44.5mm)

 Weight: approx. 432 grams (nominal, for 7mm, M14x1.0mm thread, Ø19mm isolator tube) – only 68gr

heavier than the standard Hunter model.

 5.4” (137mm) muzzle forward, 6.42” (163mm) back over barrel.

 Calibres (recommended): .243win up to .30-06 Spr. (non-magnum centrefire), and WSM and ‘standard

magnums’ like 7mm Rem mag, 7PRC, 6.5PRC – with 21″ or longer barrel length. ( Not suitable for larger ultramags or Lapua Magnums, etc.)

 THREE isolator tube size options are available of our unique, double-threaded barrel isolator tube – Ø19mm,

Ø22mm, or 25.4mm. This has proven to be the best, strongest and most secure leak-proof isolator tube

design in the industry. 100% reliability, with no leaks or failure over 12 years of use in the NZ market.

 Can be fitted to barrels up to a maximum of the selected isolated tube diameter at the rear bushing location

(approx. 163mm back from muzzle face on this model). The Ø19mm isolator tube is usually fitted as

standard for most sporting/hunting rifle installations, due to the increased volume in the expansion chamber

area, and less weight in the muzzle diffuser/brake thread section. (Ø22mm or Ø25.4mm isolator tube must

be specified – if required to correctly suit your rifle – when ordering if we don’t have your rifle here for the

installation. Please check the barrel diameter at the rear bushing location – 113mm back on ‘Short rear’

suppressors, and 163mm back on ‘long rear’ suppressors.)

 Quadcore™ – 4-stage mono-baffle machined from 1-piece of solid stainless steel, is not only a very effective,

but simple and strong design, while also being a high-quality and very cost efficient use of materials with less

wastage.
